Before choosing a series
Start with the site and the system.
Describe the actual exposure
Include daytime or evening use, expected ambient light, rain exposure, temperature and deployment duration. Confirm the complete installed configuration, connectors and accessories; a cabinet IP rating does not specify every part of an assembled event system.
Plan power and control together
Provide the intended screen area, destination power conditions, signal path and available distribution. Ask for average and maximum consumption with their conditions, the control scope and an itemised cable list for the selected outdoor version.
Define the structure and site responsibilities
State the mounting or ground-support approach, site access, wind exposure and setup schedule. Site-specific structural and electrical requirements need review by the responsible qualified parties; the display specification alone does not establish a complete installation design.
