Information you submit

When you request a quotation, you provide your email address, country or region and requirements. You may also provide your name, company, telephone number, screen dimensions, installation environment and timing. The request may include the page or product you were viewing.

Purpose and access

We use this information to assess your requirements, prepare a response and manage your inquiry. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and the service providers needed to operate the website. We do not publish your inquiry. Subsequent email correspondence takes place through company email rather than the website inbox.

Hosting and security

The website and inquiry database are hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in New York, United States. Information submitted from another country is therefore processed in the United States. HTTPS protects information in transit. Access controls and database backups support operation and recovery.

Technical records and cookies

The server processes network information needed to deliver pages and protect forms. Rate limits use a keyed hash of the connection address rather than storing the raw address in the rate-limit table. Restricted server access logs may contain IP addresses and request information. Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie; submitting an inquiry does not require a visitor account.
