Bring the useful details.
A clear technical brief helps the right people answer the right question, whether you are selecting a rental series or planning the next deployment.
For a product or configuration question
Include the series or configuration, the exact issue or decision, the environment, screen size, pixel pitch if known, and any relevant control or power equipment. Add clear photos of cabinets, connectors, modules, receiving cards or the installation when they help explain the question.
For installation planning
Share the venue or site conditions, screen dimensions, viewing positions, mounting or ground-support approach, access and setup windows, power and signal constraints, and the destination. This gives the configuration review a useful starting point.
For spares and maintenance
Identify the display series, cabinet or module details, quantity, symptoms and event deadline. Spare modules, power supplies, receiving components, cables, cases, tools and other support items should be matched to the quoted configuration; scope and availability are confirmed with the quotation.
